The 2-day Undoing Racism workshop is designed to train, educate, challenge, and empower individuals to undo the racially biased structures that may contribute to disproportionality in child welfare, with a focus on foster care and permanency.

Participants examine race, class, wealth, power, prejudice, implicit bias, and racism as a basis for effectively eliminating disparities in child welfare. UR training should be seen as a first step in collectively examining child welfare and court policies, practices and decision points for CIC cases, looking for any contributions they may be making to disproportionality.
